πŸ•ŠοΈ Thrive on Less: Seeing the Spiritual World

Less Illusion – More Discernment – More Truth

Most people live only through their senses β€” what they can touch, hear, taste, and see. They believe reality ends where their eyes stop. But the spiritual world is real. It surrounds us right now. We do not see it because sin clouds our vision and pride blinds the heart.

The world says:
β€œOpen your third eye… connect with the universe… search for your inner power…”

But none of that leads to the truth. Instead β€” it opens doors to confusion, darkness, and deception. Spiritual sight is real, but not all spiritual visions come from God.

The Thrive on Less journey teaches us:

To see the spiritual world…
we must stop chasing illusions
and start submitting to God.

πŸ” Why Most Cannot See the Spiritual World

β€œThe natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God…
they are spiritually discerned.” – 1 Corinthians 2:14

We cannot force our spiritual eyes to open. This vision is not gained through meditation, rituals, or β€œself power.” It is given only when God chooses to reveal.

The enemy provides false light. False visions. False spirituality. Satan himself appears as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14). Without discernment, people follow his light straight into the darkness.

πŸͺ™ Two Types of Spiritual Sight

Type of Spiritual SightSourceResult
TRUE Spiritual SightHoly SpiritTruth, discernment, holiness
FALSE Spiritual SightFlesh / occultFear, confusion, deception

The question is NOT:
β€œCan I see the spiritual world?”
The real question is:
β€œWho is guiding me when I do?”

πŸ›  How to Seek TRUE Spiritual Sight

1. Submit Fully to God

β€œSubmit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
β€” James 4:7

Spiritual sight begins with spiritual surrender. We must give full ownership of our life to God β€” not just spiritual experiences.

2. Live a Holy Life

β€œWithout holiness no one will see the Lord.”
β€” Hebrews 12:14

Sin is fog. Repentance is clear vision. The cleaner the heart, the sharper the spiritual sight.

3. Seek God β€” Not Experiences

β€œWalk in the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.”
β€” Galatians 5:16

Many want power. But power without holiness becomes poison.
We don’t chase visions. We chase God.

4. Test Every Spirit

β€œTest the spirits to see whether they are from God.” β€” 1 John 4:1

Not every dream, voice, or sign is divine. Spiritual maturity is learning to discern.

5. Long for God Himself

β€œYou will seek Me and find Me
when you search for Me with all your heart.”
β€” Jeremiah 29:13

The spiritual world is not a tourist destination.
It is a consequence of intimacy with God.

πŸ•―οΈ A Short Prayer

Lord Jesus, open my spiritual eyes.
Remove deception and pride from my heart.
Teach me to walk in holiness and truth.
Let me see only what You want me to see β€”
and close every door You don’t want opened.
In Your name, amen.
