The modern judicial system is no longer about right and wrong—it’s about power and money. Courtrooms have become performance stages where truth is negotiable, depending on how much you can afford to pay for a defense.
Family courts are a glaring example.
Fathers are routinely stripped of their rights, forced to hire expensive attorneys just to beg for time with their own children. Judges, operating on outdated and biased frameworks, often award custody to mothers by default—not because it’s what’s best for the child, but because the system is tilted that way. Justice becomes a luxury only the wealthy can afford, and fathers—many of them loving, capable, and involved—are reduced to visitors in their own child’s life.
Meanwhile, criminal courts allow violent offenders—rapists, murderers, predators—to walk free due to “technicalities,” “prison overcrowding,” or “rehabilitation programs” that fail. These same offenders return to the streets and commit more crimes. Victims are left to pick up the pieces while society pretends that therapy is a cure-all.

In some cases, therapists themselves are part of the system—licensed professionals paid to “adjust” victims to injustice rather than confront the root of it.
Children are further harmed when predators are released back into communities due to “lack of space” in our institutions. These predators stop their “treatment” and resume their crimes. The system protects itself while endangering the most vulnerable.

The Apostle Paul makes it clear: the judicial system of this world is not for the righteous.
“If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lord’s people?”

Paul warns us: The courts are not for us. They serve the unbelievers—the system is theirs, and so is the corruption. As believers, we are called to a higher standard of justice, one rooted in God’s law, not man’s flawed machinery.
